The Old Town Pavilion
The Old Town Pavilion, located at 420 N. Main Street is now available for daily rent from April 1st through October 31st. The space can accommodate up to 500 people on the entire property or 200 people seated under the outdoor, covered Pavilion. There are 10 picnic tables available for use and included in the rental fee or round tables and chairs may be rented. Additional amenities include beautifully cared for grass space and landscaping, restrooms, water, power, access to utility sink, catering area and overhead lighting. A portable stage is also available for an additional charge. Please contact the Old Town office at 208-232-7545 for more information about rental costs and to book your event.
Newberry Building
The conference center in the Newberry Building can be rented for events and gatherings. It offers a 2,000 square foot space with an LCD projector, internet access and an adjoining kitchen; see their web site for more information.
The Brick Loft
Located at 928 N. Main Street, The Brick Loft is perfect for weddings, meetings and parties of all varieties. Amenities include 3,000 square feet of open, loft style space featuring kitchen/serving area, tables, chairs, three bath facilities, outdoor courtyard and plentiful parking. The Whitman Building
Located at 122 S. Main Street, the beautifully renovated main floor of the Historic Hotel Nicolette, is now available for use for all types of events. Most recently the space has been used for weddings, business lunch meetings, evening fund raisers and art shows. The 3,000 square feet of open space features a separate catering area and restrooms.
